Downtown Jacksonville is getting better all the time. There are quite few good places to eat and have a fun night out.

- Walkability
- The Skyway
Cons
- Unless you work in Downtown or really close you still have to use your car
- Housing options are limited

02 / Springfield
Springfield is a great neighborhood with a wonderful community.

- The neighbors are rockin!
- It's really close to Downtown

- There isn't much night life
- Quite a few empty homes and lots

03 / Riverside/Avondale
Right now this is the place to be, it is built up and there are options for everything.

- It's full of local restaurants and shops
- You can walk or ride your bike almost anywhere
CONS
- It can be a little expensive to live in this area
- Parking can be tricky

05 / Murray Hill
The close neighbor to Riverside/Avondale, Murray Hill is starting to get more restaurants and shops.

- Cheaper than Riverside/Avondale and still close to the core
- Less busy than the core

- Still in the transition phase
