Our team worked over a year on finalizing the design and documents for the home, and another two years of construction of the home with a very brief pause somewhere in the middle. The beach house incorporates many sustainable products, as well as showcases the view of the ocean from every major space. It was an emphatic request from the client that the home be fun for the young family to grow. The project strikes a balance of modern clean lines, without sacrificing the warmth needed for everyday living through finishes, furniture selection, and spatial connections.
